I am constantly reading things which put forth the supposition that JJ would not be as great under the pre-chase points system. Seems to me that if the 48 team had to race under the old format, they'd still be the best. Certainly, people that hold this view ignore the fact that if they were under the old system, THEY WOULD PUT FORTH THE EFFORT TO BE THE BEST AT IT like they do in the Chase. Mark my words (The Politically Incorrect NASCAR blogger predicts on 12/10/10), 30 years from now JJ will be regarded as one of the greatest drivers of all time. So wake up, Jimmie Bashers!
